Kelsey Brewer, Associate

Since being admitted as a lawyer in 2018, Kelsey has primarily worked as a Commonwealth Attorney-General’s Lawyer, advising Government and implementing key legal reforms including the establishment of the new Administrative Review Tribunal, reforms to Australia’s personal insolvency system, emerging constitutional law issues and the introduction of superannuation splitting for separating de facto couples in Western Australia. She has also advised the Victorian Government on legal and policy issues to advance the rights of LGBTIQA+ Victorians – an area she is personally passionate about.

 Kelsey brings a genuine, warm and collaborative approach to class actions, and is committed to securing justice for clients and communities.

 An Associate at Echo Law, Kelsey works primarily on the consumer class actions against Jetstar (flight credits) and Toyota Finance (flex commissions).
