Our Approach

The founders of Echo Law have been managing teams together for over a decade. We know that the best outcomes for clients are achieved when the legal teams managing their claims feel supported by senior managers, are given opportunities to work autonomously, and respect and trust each other. Class actions are a team sport.

We want to work with and develop the careers of the next generation of progressive lawyers and support staff. And we want the people who work with us to love what they do, to feel motivated to produce technically excellent work, and to care about the people they work with.

Our Workplace

Echo Law is a progressive, employee-focused firm, which prioritises the wellbeing of all staff. This means offering meaningful flexible work arrangements, managing individual workloads and prioritising efficiency so that late nights in the office are rare, and providing parental leave which recognises that different families have different caring needs and preferences.

We want the work we do together to directly benefit our staff, and to drive positive social change. We are therefore committed to an equitable profit-sharing arrangement which is embedded in our structure to ensure that every dollar returned to owners must be matched by a dollar in profit-share to staff, and a dollar to public interest or strategic litigation.
