Mathew Chuk, Partner

Mathew is a strategic and outcome-focused litigator. He works on complex commercial claims with a particular focus on securities and other investor class actions.  

He has had the privilege of representing thousands of individuals across some of Australia’s most significant class actions, including in the settlement and distribution of over $260m in case proceeds.

With over 14 years of experience across more than 25 class actions, he brings a deep understanding of the ever-changing Australian class actions landscape to his practice.

In 2021 Mathew was recognised as a ‘Litigation Rising Star’ by legal publication Lawyerly.
